  • Yes, we create the captions, graphics, and strategy—but we do rely on you for the raw content (like product photos, team shots, or service information). This keeps everything authentic and aligned with your brand.

  • Ellis Marketing can manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with content tailored to each. If you have another platform in mind, just let us know and we can advise on what's possible.

  • You’ll receive a content calendar each month for approval, so you always know what’s being shared and can make edits before anything goes live.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to post at any time. We work around your content and keep the overall strategy cohesive.

  • Yes—community management is included in the Growth and Premium packages. Ellis Marketing helps clients maintain engagement and respond to their audience professionally and promptly.

  • We recommend a 3-month minimum to see results, but you're not locked into a long-term contract. Packages are billed monthly and can be adjusted as your needs change.

  • Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your package at any time with two weeks' notice.
